About Lara
Lara grew up within a healthy household where it was the absolute norm to seek the natural remedy for any ailment and to work out the cause and treat that. She has a vast pool of knowledge from the first-hand experience of health and wellbeing. At 16 she started work at a health farm, training as a therapist. Specialising in reflexology, aromatherapy and reiki .
Over the years in order to heal her own challenging health journey, she has experienced most complementary therapies and has a wide knowledge of these.

She believes that good health, natural energy, true happiness, contentment, success and living your best life requires balance and harmony from within . Each individual's body is a biologically unique jigsaw puzzle which can be systematically pieced together to produce a picture of health, postivity and wellbeing .

What is kinesiology
This method treats the body as a whole and unique system . Using a highly skilled non invasive technique of light pressure to an arm muscle we can gather information to establish exactly what the body needs in order to bring about balance and ultimate wellbeing. Do you feel weighed down by life? Lack energy? Have negative thoughts? Doubt yourself or your abilities? Feel stuck or lost in a relationship? Feel your body isn’t as healthy as you’d like?
